Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance Contracts, for as many B-logica applications as you have.

B-logica offers the possibility of concluding a Maintenance Contract to all its customers, for all its desktop applications. After the expiration of the warranty that accompanies each application, in order to obtain future upgrades and to have telephone support for any issue that may arise during its use, you can obtain a Maintenance Contract, of specific duration, for as many B-logica applications as you have.

Policy Coverage

For the duration that is valid, by obtaining a Maintenance Agreement you have the following benefits in the applications covered by it:

  • Immediate Phone Support for any issue, problem or question you may have while using the applications. Phone support is provided from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm except public holidays.
  • All fixes and upgrades that will be released for these applications and for the specific versions you have purchased.

What it doesn’t cover

  • The coverage of the Maintenance Contracts does not include the following:
  • Technician visits to your offices for any issue.
  • Any packing and shipping costs.
  • Training by phone.
  • Phone support for problems unrelated to the applications you have purchased.
  • Upgrades of different application version (e.g. Πανδέκτης Office -> Πανδέκτης Professional).


Depending on the application you can choose a 12-month, 24-month or 36-month Maintenance Contract.

In particular, in the B-maps application you can choose an annual, two-year or three-year contract, which always expires on December 31st of the same year of the next or the next year respectively.


The cost of a Maintenance Contract depends both on its duration and on the application or applications it covers as well as the number of licenses of each one.
